Über die Veranstaltung
The Perseids are one of the brighter meteor showers of the year. They occur every year between July 17 and August 24 and tend to peak around August 9-13. The peak viewing night for Las Vegas in 2025 is August 12th - the visibility is listed as excellent this year, with up to 100 meteors per hour!
We will meet in Cold Creek starting at 6:00pm, giving time for everyone to arrive and get set up. Time and Date* cites 8:35pm as Nautical Twilight - That's when we'll have opportunity to start seeing the sky show!
Last year was a big success, so we plan to do it again! We will be providing:
